Objective

Help enterprises and educators better understand how Google Jamboard and Meet work together to support collaboration and creative thinking.

‍

While the tools were powerful, many users were not using them to their full potential.

‍

The goal was to inspire new ways of working and learning by showing real, practical use cases.

Solution

We created a Google-branded educational microsite that served as a central hub for learning and inspiration around Jamboard and Meet.

‍

The experience was supported by a series of short, use-case-driven videos that demonstrated how teams and classrooms could collaborate more effectively.

‍

To extend learning beyond the screen, we also partnered with Google to produce Let’s Jam, a printed guide filled with tips, best practices, and creative prompts for using Jamboard.

‍

Together, these elements gave users a simple, approachable way to turn good ideas into great ones.

My Role

I led the project end to end and served as the primary point of contact with Google.

‍

I managed the full delivery across strategy, content, creative, UX, video production, and development, working closely with designers, writers, developers, and video teams.

‍

I helped shape the learning approach, oversaw production timelines, and ensured all deliverables met Google’s brand standards and launch goals.

‍

In addition to Jamboard, I supported video and product education efforts across other Google initiatives, including Meet hardware, Android TV, and Google Home.
