Objective

Create a clear, engaging digital experience that motivates people to enroll in a long-term research program, return over time, and regularly share health information in support of the American Heart Association’s largest patient-centered research initiative.

Solution

We built an interactive recruitment platform that made signing up simple and encouraged ongoing participation.

‍

A clean, intuitive user experience paired with light gamification helped turn a complex research process into something approachable for everyday users, supporting consistent engagement throughout the program.

‍

To help introduce the initiative and drive interest, we also produced a short marketing video that explained the purpose of the research in a more human, story-driven way.

‍

My Role

I led the initiative from start to finish and served as the primary point of contact with the American Heart Association.

‍

I managed the full product build across strategy, creative, content, UX, development, and video, leading cross-functional teams of designers, writers, engineers, and production partners.

‍

I translated research goals into clear product requirements, built and managed timelines, kept teams aligned, and ensured the platform launched on scope, on time, and in support of participant and research needs.

‍

As the program evolved, the platform later became part of a broader research initiative.
