Objective
Help Frito-Lay employees better understand and navigate organizational change by creating an engaging, hands-on learning experience that improved communication, encouraged collaboration, and supported growth during periods of transition.
Solution
We created an immersive, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos-branded role-playing experience designed specifically for employee learning and development.
The program centered around a gamified microsite, instructor-led presentation, and participant guides that simulated real-world change scenarios through a fictional Cheetos pop-up restaurant.
Employees stepped into themed roles and worked through challenges that mirrored common workplace changes, making abstract concepts feel practical, memorable, and fun.
The experience was designed to scale and was ultimately integrated into Frito-Lay’s HR training programs across multiple teams.
My Role
I led the project from start to finish and served as the primary point of contact for the Frito-Lay HR team.
I managed the full delivery across strategy, content, creative, UX, and development, working closely with designers, writers, and engineers to bring the experience to life.
I oversaw timelines, aligned stakeholders, guided the learning approach, and ensured the final product was engaging, on brand, and ready to be rolled out across the organization.
